Refunds notice
You have the right to cancel this order within seven days of completing the transaction, or within seven days of receipt of the goods (whichever is the longer). If you do cancel your order you will have your payment returned once the undamaged goods are returned to Refunds, Canary Ltd, PO Box 9, Guildford, Surrey GU3 2ED, UK and have been received us. Goods that have been damaged will be charged for in full. We do not provide refunds when supplying customised publications (ie. bearing your logo or printed in your own colours).
Insurance
It is the client's responsibility to request insurance if this is required as Canary Ltd cannot accept any responsibility for goods damaged or lost in transit.
Import duties and taxes
All import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the purchaser.
