BRITISH SEA POWER LTD TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Goods will be despatched within 28 days of an order being received. Should an item be unavailable the customer will be informed by an email and an alternative offered if the original item is no longer available. We will endeavour to obtain the original item at all costs, sometimes due issues with some suppliers it may take longer that 28 days.

Goods will be sent to the credit card billing address. If you require delivery to an alternative address this can be arranged. Delivery to work addresses is at your own risk. From experience packages to work addresses end up in mail rooms and not to the receipient.

No customer information, including email addresses shall be given or sold to any third parties in accordance with our privacy policy.

Attempts to gain goods with false or invalid information will be dealt with as fraud; our system uses some of the best fraud prevention checks provided by our payment provider along with addition algorithms created by our programming team. Orders may be deleted without notification if we believe them to be fraudulent.
If we feel that you are using information fraudulent information or credit card data that does not belong to you then we will be forced to pass on any information to the local authorities in the United Kingdom and/or United States.
We reserve the right to credit or cancel any order that may appear to be fraudulent or incomplete.

All billing details will be kept for 3 years for taxation reasons and will then be destroyed.

British Sea Power Limited are committed to providing only 100% official licensed products.

We supply all goods at the request of our customers if they are ordered in compliance with these Terms & Conditions.

If we experience problems with fulfilling an order we will email the customer with details of the problem and offer an alternative if necessary we may re-process the order to resolve issues that may arise at the point of ordering.

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that all details for their orders are correct at the time of ordering.

Upon placing the order, the customer agrees that the information given on the order is correct. Any changes to information contained on the customer at the time of ordering will be made at the discretion of British Sea Power Ltd.

Returns will only be accepted within 14 days of receipt and only with prior authorisation from our customer support department (contact bspshop@hotmail.com)
